Working with energetic and physical body alignment through the nervous system and breath, the focus is on trapped energy in the body. Treatments are unique to the client’s needs, and are often a synthesis of Myofascial release, Trigger Point, Thai bodywork, Ayurveda Marma, Chinese Medicine meridian points and a strong emphasis on abdominal and diaphragm work.
Herbal Medicine Integrative Bodywork
120 min: $200 | 150 min: $240

This treatment uses similar techniques as an Integrative bodywork session and brings the element of ceremony and the medicine of the plant kingdom into the session. These sessions will focus on deeper traumas, old patterns and habitual beliefs that can be deeply ingrained in the body.
Abdominal/Diaphragm Treatment
60 min: $100

This treatment stays focused on the abdomen and diaphragm. Tending the core is a secret portal into unwinding emotional, physical and spiritual pain states. It is designed to oxygenate and enervate the tissue of the abdomen, lower back and sacrum. By releasing tension and opening up blockages, blood and lymph flow more freely allowing the body to remove metabolic waste, excess water, toxins and bacteria from tissues.
Ceremonial offering: Rage and Grief

Giving ourselves permission to express and connect with our sacred rage is a crucial part of our healing and empowerment. Our anger is the fire inside of us that reflects how much we actually care, but left unattended, it becomes a force of destruction. When rage is honored as a sacred and valid response, it can become an ally in manifestation and creative expression. Rage is not a problem to be fixed, but an experience to be welcomed. This ritual will include opportunities to speak, emote, write, and meditate on the intelligence and power of our personal and collective rage fire.
Ceremony Into Self : A Body Ritual

Come home to yourself. A body ritual to help women to feel more connected to themselves, more sensual, more vital, and more creative. Let yourself be seduced by the scents of Rose, Jasmine and Neroli and reconnect with your Feminine Essence. Includes full body exfoliation, stimulating circulation and sloughing off dead skin- and then a coating of warm velvety body butter. Facial massage and facial gua sha is also included.
Cancellation Policy
Please reach out to me and provide a 24-hour cancellation notice. If notice is not given, 100% of the full price of the appointment will be charged. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full session price. There is no fee for cancellations and rescheduling outside of 24 hours of the appointment time. Medical emergencies are exempt from the policies above. I ask that you please demonstrate honesty.
